Our beautiful & gentle Hatha Yoga class focuses on flowing from pose to pose and linking the movement with the breath. The instructor will offer a variety of modifications to encourage participation of everyone. You will experience a variety of sitting, standing, and inverted postures. Some challenging variations will be offered for more advanced students.
This class is fun, safe, and non-intimidating so its perfect for you whether you are NEW or experienced!
