There are three options to reset your password:
1. From your e-mail: Check the confirmation e-mail you received in your inbox (check the SPAM folder if you don’t find the e-mail – if you still did not receive it, wait max 30 min and contact support). Click the link that directs you to the log-in page. Add the e-mail you used to register for the plan and click the button below “reset my password”.
2. From the Site: Click here: Click the Login button. Click “Lost your password?”. Please enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.
3. From your Member Dashboard: Click the “Account details tab” located on the left sidebar. Navigate to “Password change”. Use this option to reset your password. Keep in mind that you need to enter the old password. The auto-generated one is found in the confirmation e-mail sent from Karama upon registration.
