Join our visiting Riyadh-based instructor Ghalia Almadani in an enchanted evening of body-mind connection that includes body stretches, breathwork, yoga nidra (effortless relaxation) & sound meditation as ways to create a safe space for emotions and thoughts to unfold and whole-alignment & ease during full moon period.
This grounding experience will start off with opening up the body and deep breathing exercises to release any stuck emotions. Following the session, participants will be guided through a relaxing yoga nidra meditaiton & sound meditation experience that may equal 4 hours of sleep, help balance the nervous system, & create integral harmonization.
Considerations for optimum results:
– avoid drinking caffeinated coffee at least three hours before the experience
– Wear loose and comfy clothes (avoid tight clothes)
– Get yourself comfortable. Get your eye cushion/blanket
